Mistral is a two bed roomed apartment situated on the ground floor of a block of flats. Mistral has its own front door providing access to a roomy hallway. The flat is a minute’s drive off the main A353 into Weymouth. Mistral comes with one allocated parking space free;

Alongside the flats screened by trees and a hedgerow is a large public car parking area leading onto Lodmoor Country Park and the famous Weymouth Sea Life Centre.

Once inside Mistral: Off the hallway is a lounge/diner. An en suite master bedroom. A second bedroom and a bathroom.

The lounge/diner contains a well appointed kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave. A Washing machine, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a table and six chairs, a leather sofa, a television and DVD player. Mistral has double patio doors from the lounge area out onto a small patio area allowing you to sit outside should you wish to do so.

The master bedroom as an en suite shower room and contains a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has single bunk beds and a double bed. This allows use for two children and/or a couple. There is a further wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, toilet and basin.

Included in the price of your stay at Mistral are the bed linen, fluffy towels, the electric and heating (there is no gas) and an end of stay clean. You will also find the following items to enhance your stay

Cooking facilities to include an oven, hotplate and grill. A Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Iron and Ironing Board. The white goods include a Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. A flat screen colour television, a video player and DVD player, a Hi fi system and Vacuum Cleaner. A hair dryer.
